How do I know my order has been processed?

If you are a New Customer after submitting your order you will see a summary page, that will provide you with a reference number and list the products you've ordered, along with the value of each item and a total cost. If you are an Existing Customer you must agree the price with a Sales Representative when they contact you, therefore you will get a summary page with a reference number that just lists the products you've ordered. If you do not see an order page then your order has not been processed.

Our Sales Representatives will receive your order and contact you to follow this up within 24 hours.

How does payment of my order work?

Once a sales representative has received your order, and contacted you, they will then send you a contract that you need to sign. You can then choose to pay by direct debit or we will send you a monthly invoice.
